Trivia: The shipwreck featured in the movie is actually the RMS Rhone, which sank in 1867 off the coast of Salt Island in the British Virgin Islands. The ship broke into two pieces during the sinking. This movie was filmed at the bow section of the ship located about 75 feet underwater.
 

Goofs: Revealing mistakes: When Treece, Berke and Sanders are heading over to the wreck (the first time, just before they discover the three barrel lock escutcheon plate) Treece appears to be looking towards Berke but he's talking to Sanders - Sanders even turns to face him but Treece is still looking in Berke's direction.
